Excellent Estate Agents
We sold our house via Cromwells and Sally Calvo was our agent. Sally was professional, took excellent photos of our property, kept us well informed and always answered calls. Our property sold in two weeks for the full asking price which was excellent. Where Cromwells really stood out was with the progression. We had a complicated chain and the agent followed up everything every week, even doing the job of other agents in the chain who were not as efficient. They really did an excellent job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

When I last moved house I sold through Cromwells and, having been impressed with the team and the service, had no hesitation in choosing them when I decided to sell again. And, if anything, the second time around the service was even more exceptional. My property was sold incredibly quickly and the team progressed the sale in a helpful and professional way and were throughly on the ball with every stage of the process. Everyone in the team that I dealt with was always helpful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend Cromwells.
The best estate agents I have come across
The best estate agents I have come across ever and I've moved and bought and sold 8 times...I had three different estate agents in Wallington come and value my house and I just knew as soon as I met Samuel that I would be going with Cromwells.. compared to the other agents That came he was realistic and spot on with sale price.. he was also helpful and genuine and not pushy. Jaz, Mitzi and Sally did a great job chasing up sale and were always so helpful, polite and courteous and most of all Genuine and were a pleasure to work with. If I were selling again I would always go with Cromwells as you get a Five star service from all the staff there.. I wouldn't bother with anyone else.

Knowledgeable and approachable
I’m a naturally sceptical person, especially about the housing market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently clueless about home buying that I had no choice but to work with an agent. My wife and I worked with Amanda to purchase our home and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time including arranging the viewing on very short notice. Particular high points were helping us extricate ourselves from a seller who ended up behaving in a really sketchy manner after we’d made an offer, She answered every question clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Amanda made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Also important to us was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and wasn’t unfazed by several course-changes in what I was looking for. We highly recommend her.

I would thoroughly recommend using Cromwells, Wallington if you're buying or selling locally. Mainly dealt with Sam and Mitzie, both were incredibly efficient, helpful and chased up my vendors solicitors way beyond their job description. When you call with a query, anyone in the office can help you, there isn't one specific agent for your property. They added zero stress to a period of time which is typically immensely stressful.
